Three Teams with Outstanding Q1 Performance, Six Employees Selected

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] NH Nonghyup Life Insurance announced on the 15th that it held an awards ceremony at its headquarters in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, recognizing outstanding organizations and employees for the first quarter.
The award recipients included the 'Digital Promotion Team,' which applied RPA tasks and built a big data platform; the 'Stock Management Team,' which strategically managed assets; and the 'Underwriting Team,' which improved risk loss ratios. Additionally, six outstanding employees, one from each division, were selected. The teams and employees chosen through executive evaluations and staff voting were awarded NH Nonghyup gift cards (300,000 KRW) and commemorative gifts.
The awards ceremony was conducted as part of the newly introduced 'Comprehensive Performance Reward System' starting this year. This system is designed to proactively reward individuals and teams who achieve business performance, divided into three levels: employee, team, and department.
Furthermore, in addition to the existing year-end performance evaluation system, monthly and quarterly evaluations were newly established. This restructuring allows for immediate rewards to employees who set and achieve new tasks and challenging goals on an ongoing basis.
CEO Kim In-tae stated, "We plan to provide rewards linked to the personnel system along with material compensation to help boost employee morale and motivation," adding, "I hope this will serve as an opportunity to discover and reward attempts and challenges that were not highlighted under the existing evaluation system."
