The Building Materials Technology Portal contains all technical data related to various KCC construction materials products such as windows, interior and exterior finishing materials, and thermal insulation materials. The provided materials include product manuals, various certificates, official test reports, drawings, material approval documents, and construction case studies. According to the company, users can conveniently check the necessary materials by searching through product categories or keywords.
The Building Materials Technology Portal also offers customer technical support services. Customers wishing to conduct performance tests can apply for testing through the portal. KCC supports various product performance tests at its Central Research Institute in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, which is certified as an internationally accredited testing institution (KOLAS).
KCC plans to enhance customer convenience and strengthen its sales capabilities through the Building Materials Technology Portal. The company expects that the portal, developed in response to the recent changes in work environments that heavily utilize mobile devices, will increase customer satisfaction.
