The number of units by type is ▲59㎡ 554 units ▲75㎡ 524 units ▲84㎡A 463 units ▲84㎡B 499 units ▲84㎡C 584 units ▲84㎡D 576 units.


Cheonan Hanyang Sujain Eco City is supplied in a non-regulated area, so there are no resale restrictions, and it offers a fixed first deposit benefit of 10 million KRW to reduce the financial burden on buyers. The average sale price is in the 8 million KRW range per 3.3㎡. Prices by type are ▲59㎡ type around 190 million KRW ▲75㎡ type around 240 million KRW ▲84㎡A·B types around 290 million KRW ▲84㎡C·D types around 270 million KRW.


The complex maximizes residential comfort by introducing Hanyang Sujain’s differentiated innovative floor plans and specialized residential products.
