Training Global Consultants Leading the International Competitiveness of SMEs and Small Business Owners
The Korea Management Technology Consulting Association (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Consulting Association’) operates the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) training program as the Korean representative organization of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI, 53 countries), and holds the largest number of CMCs among global experts in Korea, totaling 530 members.
The Consulting Association’s CMC training program consists of a total of 60 hours of courses, including global consulting methodologies, global market entry strategies, and export voucher projects. Upon completion of the training program and obtaining the CMC certification, participants will engage as global consulting experts by exchanging consulting information and sharing business information with consultants from the 53 member countries.
In particular, the Consulting Association achieved the business performance of being designated as a power-performing institution for the government-supported export voucher project in 2018 through the active activities of CMCs in the global market. It plays a leading role in guiding domestic companies entering overseas markets by providing overseas market research, entry strategies and business planning, connections with overseas buyers and networks, and global management systems to ensure the success of their overseas expansion and business.
Applications for this CMC training program are open until Wednesday, April 21, and the training schedule will be held on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from April 24 to May 22 at the Consulting Association’s training center. For more details, please refer to the Consulting Association’s website.
Jung Seung-yong, head of the Consulting Association’s Global Business Team, stated, “The Consulting Association will newly start as a statutory organization following the enforcement of the Act on Management Consultants and Technical Consultants on April 8,” and added, “We are conducting a special event offering a 30 to 50% discount on tuition fees for applicants to support global experts.”
