A was prosecuted for joining and participating in a criminal organization and violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, possession of obscene materials, etc.). He is accused of paying cryptocurrency to Jo Joo-bin in November 2019, joining and participating in the Doctor's Room, and distributing and possessing child and juvenile sexual exploitation materials in Telegram group chats.
B was indicted on charges of joining and participating in a criminal organization, forcible molestation, violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (filming using cameras, etc.), and violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (possession of obscene materials). B is accused of conspiring with Jo to threaten victims, produce and distribute sexual exploitation materials, and possess child and juvenile sexual exploitation materials.
The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office stated, "We will do our best to maintain the prosecution so that sentences commensurate with the crimes can be imposed."
