Camus E&C Wins 21.7 Billion KRW Contract for Mapo-gu Officetel New Construction Project

[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Camu E&C announced on the 12th that it has won a contract for the construction of a officetel worth 21.7 billion KRW in Seongsan-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

The project involves constructing a single officetel building (218 units) and neighborhood living facilities, with 4 basement floors and 14 above-ground floors.

The company stated, "If the project PF loan amount and signing are not completed within 2 months from the contract signing date with the counterparty, the contract may be canceled."
