On the 9th, a 'Mobile Screening Clinic' Installed at Lotte Department Store Konkuk University Star City Branch... Proactive Testing for About 300 Employees of Lotte Department Store and The Classic 500
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Seon-gap) conducted proactive testing on the 9th for employees working at large-scale stores, including Lotte Department Store Konkuk Star City Branch, to prevent cluster infections.
This proactive testing was carried out after setting up a 'mobile screening clinic' outside the department store to reduce employee movement and provide testing convenience.
The target group included approximately 300 employees from Lotte Department Store Konkuk Star City Branch and The Classic 500, with testing conducted from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM for four hours.
Reflecting the nature of stores that require work on weekends and holidays, the screening clinic was operated during evening hours to allow more employees to get tested.
Additionally, the district requested each store to thoroughly manage quarantine measures such as fever checks and disinfection for visitors inside the stores in preparation for any potential spread of infection.
District Mayor Kim Seon-gap stated, “Proactive testing was conducted targeting large-scale stores with many employees to prepare for possible cluster infections. We hope everyone conducts regular testing and follows quarantine guidelines for the sake of their family, neighbors, and colleagues.”
