(CEO Byungjun Lim) announced on the 9th that it has signed an MOU with the U.S. dental hospital alliance group HUB DENTAL GROUP LLC (hereinafter HUB Dental Group, CEOs Joseph Bang and John Kim). This is aimed at entering the U.S. market with the AI voice recognition dental solution VOICE AI 3D DENTAL CHART.

This MOU is intended not only to secure a stable sales channel in the North and Central American regions but also to continuously collect and reflect feedback from actual U.S. dental clinics, ultimately maximizing satisfaction with the product, according to Daelim Encom Co., Ltd.

VOICE AI 3D DENTAL CHART is an AI voice recognition-based dental solution developed to improve long-standing challenges faced by traditional dental clinics in both treatment processes and hospital management. It recognizes the voice of the attending dentist in real time and automatically converts it into a digital chart. It accumulates individual patient treatment histories into dental charts, showing trends in oral health changes, and generates detailed 3D charts to support more accurate consultations with patients.

Additionally, through cloud-based integrated management functions, it minimizes cross-contamination and increases treatment capacity. It creates charts optimized for insurance claims, enabling management of patient treatment histories including those from other hospitals. With voice security solutions and big data security features, it offers advantages in simplifying and streamlining future insurance claim processes.

Daelim Encom Co., Ltd. plans to refine the solution starting with the Perio Chart service, which is based on periodontal pocket measurement. Creating Perio Charts not only serves as evidence for insurance-covered periodontal treatments but also increases patient satisfaction, thereby improving regular visit rates and ultimately aiding dental practice management.

In particular, Daelim Encom Co., Ltd. plans to actively expand into the U.S. market as well as the domestic market within this year. As a first step, it signed a business agreement with HUB Dental Group, a personal dental clinic alliance located in Las Vegas, U.S., and is expected to accelerate the use of VOICE AI 3D DENTAL CHART in individual clinics, focusing on the North and Central American markets.

Meanwhile, HUB Dental Group is a North and Central American network dental hospital group based in Las Vegas, U.S. Its goal is to provide optimized treatment through the use of digital technology and AI in the dental field, aiming to universalize the best dental services through diagnosis and treatment planning using cloud-based data. To this end, it focuses on digital charts during treatment processes and is attempting to build an educational system utilizing AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) content, as well as online training for medical staff including dentists. Furthermore, it plans to strengthen its network within the group to facilitate smooth information exchange among affiliated hospitals, enhance medical expertise, and contribute to improving patients’ oral health.
