On the 8th, at the National Assembly, the first-term lawmakers of the People Power Party held a press conference and stated, "We will not be intoxicated by victory and will reform the party."

They emphasized, "We are well aware that this victory was not achieved because our party did well," and added, "This election is not our victory but the defeat of the Moon Jae-in administration, and we will deeply keep in mind that it is a heavy task given to the People Power Party."

Furthermore, the first-term lawmakers of the People Power Party said, "We will take the lead in setting the People Power Party straight and innovating it desperately so that the great will of the people who gave us the opportunity does not turn into disappointment again," and "We will overcome the criticism and limitations of being a party unpopular among youth and a party of a specific region."
