Located in Geomdan New Town AB3-2 Block, Geomdan New Town Yemi Ji First Foret consists of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,172 households (exclusive area 76~102㎡). By exclusive area, there are ▲214 units of 76㎡ ▲510 units of 84㎡A ▲75 units of 84㎡B ▲224 units of 102㎡A ▲149 units of 102㎡B.
The transportation conditions in Geomdan New Town are improving. When the new station on Incheon Subway Line 1 opens in 2024, it will be possible to travel from Gyeyang Station to Seoul Magok in about 10 minutes, to Seoul Station in about 30 minutes, and to Gangnam in about 40 minutes.
