[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The Korea Small Business Institute announced on the 7th that it will hold the 'Policy Research Meeting for Revitalizing Small Manufacturing Industries' on the 15th at the 2nd floor Win-Win Room of the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business.
The Small Business Policy Research Meeting is an event jointly hosted by the two organizations and is the second meeting following the one held on the 12th of last month. This policy research meeting was organized to explore ways to overcome the COVID-19 crisis through the revitalization of small manufacturing industries.
This policy research meeting was prepared to seek measures to overcome the COVID-19 crisis through the revitalization of small manufacturing industries. Noh Minseon, head of the Future Strategy Research Group at the Korea Small Business Institute, will examine changes in employment, startups, and business activities in small manufacturing industries after COVID-19 and present policy tasks for revitalization.
Following this, a comprehensive discussion will be held with Professor Lim Chaeun of Sogang University as the chair, along with Kang Hyungdeok, Director of Manufacturing Innovation at the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business, Professor Kim Hansu of Kyonggi University, Professor Shin Jaeun of KDI School of Public Policy and Management, Professor Ahn Junmo of Korea University, and Senior Research Fellow Lee Seungryeol of the Korea Labor Institute.
