Geomdan Station Geumgang Penterium THE SIGLO is located in Geomdan New Town, which last year became the first in Korea to receive approval for a smart city construction project plan. Currently, Geomdan New Town is divided into three phases and is being developed as a future new city ‘Next City’ where humans, environment, and advanced technology coexist. The complex is situated in the core location of the first phase, which is closest to Seoul among the three phases, and will enjoy an ‘All-In-Vill’ location with abundant infrastructure in various aspects.

In particular, Geomdan Station Geumgang Penterium THE SIGLO is the first complex to apply the premium residential brand ‘THE SIGLO’, recently launched by Geumgang Housing for residential-commercial complexes, and is expected to incorporate specialized designs reflecting Geumgang Housing’s construction know-how.
First, all units are mainly arranged facing south, applying 100% slab-type and 4·5 bay designs to maximize ventilation and lighting. Alpha rooms are provided in all units for efficient space utilization, and in some units, the alpha room can be expanded to create a wide living room approximately 7 meters long. Additionally, the officetels, designed as specialized products for 1-2 person households, apply a popular 1.5-room layout and a ‘ㄷ’-shaped kitchen that allows efficient movement and storage. He added, "We will enhance satisfaction by using high-quality finishing materials and differentiated designs to meet consumers’ expectations."
The model house is located in Wondang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and move-in is scheduled for February 2024.
