The subscription for Hillstate Rapiano Samsong was conducted over two days, on the 4th and 5th, divided into three complexes (Complex 1, Complex 2, Complex 3) and a total of eight types. The highest competition rate was recorded for Complex 3, 84㎡ (exclusive area) Type D, with a ratio of 55.50 to 1, and the average competition rate was 8.36 to 1.
A sales official stated, "There was high interest as a residential area offering an independent space close to Seoul’s living area and a convenient life comparable to apartments. Especially, as a branded complex-type housing constructed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction, many consulting customers hoped for actual residence, and the intention to contract was high, so it is expected that the sales will be completed within a short period."
The geographical proximity to Seoul also played a role. Hillstate Rapiano Samsong is located in Samsong District, adjacent to Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. With a well-established wide-area road network including Tongil-ro and Ilyeong-ro, the Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway Tongil-ro Interchange, and the Seoul-Munsan Expressway Goyang Junction, it is possible to reach Eunpyeong-gu, Seodaemun-gu, and Mapo-gu in Seoul within 30 minutes by car.
Additionally, Samsong Station on Line 3 is nearby, and future increases in value are anticipated through the expansion of public transportation networks such as the Shinbundang Line northwest extension project to Samsong Station, currently under preliminary feasibility study, and the GTX-A line development at Yeonsinnae Station, three stops away.
Furthermore, a large service area is provided to all households, receiving positive responses. Meanwhile, subscription winners will be announced on the 6th, and contracts with winners will be conducted over two days on the 8th and 9th.
