GS Construction to Supply Commercial Spaces at 'Sincheon Central Xi' in Daegu This Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 6th that it will supply commercial spaces within the Daegu 'Sincheon Central Xi' complex this month.

The commercial spaces within the complex, located at 193-1 Sincheon-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu, will include two street-type buildings and two standalone buildings. Sincheon Central Xi, which was sold in 2019, consists of a total of 553 households. GS Construction stated, "We can consistently benefit from the residential demand of these households," adding, "Within a 1 km radius, there is a densely populated residential area with about 15,000 households as potential demand, and it can also absorb demand from the Daegu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Trade Center."

A GS Construction official said, "Since it will be a street mall expected to generate stable profits, inquiries from investors are continuing for these competitively positioned commercial spaces."

The sales promotion center for the commercial spaces within the Sincheon Central Xi complex will be set up in the Sincheon-dong area, Dong-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City.
