[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Ssangyong Construction announced on the 6th that it has fully switched its in-house job training to online lectures in line with the untact trend. Previously, training was conducted offline by gathering in a training room.

Along with this, Ssangyong Construction established a YouTube production studio for online lectures and built an in-house teaching staff of about 40 senior practitioners. The training videos they produced over the course of a year amount to about 140. The company selects popular instructors and excellent lectures to provide incentives and rewards.

A survey of all employees showed a satisfaction rate of 80%. Many expressed that the time and physical advantages are high and that utilization should be expanded. A Ssangyong Construction official said, "This method is suitable for a construction company with many sites located domestically and internationally," adding, "Major meetings are also conducted by connecting domestic and overseas sites via video conferencing."
