[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Yongsan-gu (Mayor Seongjanghyun) is seeking residents' opinions on the individually announced land prices for 40,508 parcels as of January 1, 2021.

This is to ensure the reliability of land policy and fairness in taxation.

The viewing period is from the 5th to the 26th and can be checked through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Ilsapyeonri Seoul Real Estate Information Inquiry System or the district's official website. It is also possible to view at the Real Estate Information Division of the district office or the civil service offices of the relevant community centers.

If there are any objections, landowners or interested parties can directly submit appropriate opinion prices. The submission locations are the same as the viewing locations, and submissions can also be made by mail or fax.

A district official said, "To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), please submit opinions preferably via the internet (Ilsapyeonri system)."

The district also offers free consultations with certified appraisers.

The dates are from the 19th to the 22nd, and the location is the Real Estate Information Division on the 2nd floor of the district office. Afterward, the district will re-examine the characteristics of the land for which opinions were received, check the balance with standard land prices and nearby land prices, and notify the submitters of the results.

The land prices will be decided and announced at the end of May after deliberation by the district's Real Estate Price Announcement Committee.
