'Seobok' Pre-Sold in 56 Countries Including Germany, Japan, and Taiwan

Distributor CJ ENM announced on the 5th that the film "Seobok" has been pre-sold to 56 countries worldwide, including Germany, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. An overseas distribution official said, "Thanks to the top stars, fresh subject matter, and unique atmosphere, we were able to captivate buyers in the film market frozen by COVID-19."

"Seobok" is a drama depicting the events that unfold as intelligence agent Giheon secretly transports Seobok, the world's first cloned human. Starring actors Gong Yoo and Park Bo-gum, the film is directed by Lee Yong-ju. It will be simultaneously released in theaters and on the online streaming service (OTT) TVING on the 15th. It will also be screened on the same day in Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Mongolia.
