PI Advanced Materials "Considering Transfer Listing to the KOSPI Market"

The company stated, "We have currently selected NH Investment & Securities as an advisor and are reviewing specific schedules and procedures related to the transfer listing to the KOSPI market," adding, "We will re-announce within one month or at the time when specific plans for the transfer listing are finalized."
