Dongseo University Signs Agreement with Prestigious Indian Engineering School 'Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science'

Agreement to Cooperate on Faculty and Student Exchange, Short-Term Training, and Joint Curriculum Programs

Dongseo University and Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science in India held a signing ceremony and embarked on international cooperation.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Dongseo University and India's Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science have joined hands to engage in international cooperation, including student and faculty exchange programs and the expansion of short-term training programs.

Dongseo University (President Jang Je-guk) announced on the 31st that it signed an agreement with Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science at the New Millennium Hall on the 26th.

Key officials including President Jang Je-guk, Executive Vice President Kim Jeong-seon, Director of International Affairs Han Kyung-ho, and Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Vice President S. N. Sridhara attended the agreement ceremony held online.

The two universities agreed to jointly carry out various educational cooperation programs such as ▶student and faculty exchange programs ▶joint curricula ▶expansion of short-term training programs.

Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science is a private university located in Chennai, an automotive and IT industrial city, and is one of India's leading engineering universities, ranked A grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and first in the number of papers per professor.

Additionally, the university is committed to internationalization by offering Korean language courses each semester, conducting joint research with overseas universities, and dispatching overseas long- and short-term programs.
