Kangwon Land Appoints Kim Tae-ho, Lee Sang-jin, and Han Min-ho as New Outside Directors

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Ji-hwan] Kangwon Land announced on the 31st that it has newly appointed Kim Tae-ho, Manager of Dongjin Construction, Lee Sang-jin, Advisor of the Gangwon Province Democratic Party, and Han Min-ho, CEO of Hanbaek Tax Corporation Gangwon Branch, as outside directors. The term of these outside directors is two years.

On the same day, Kangwon Land also decided to reappoint Jang Kyung-jae as an outside director.
