[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Pulmuone Foodmorse, a food distribution company affiliated with Pulmuone, announced on the 29th that CEO Yoon Hee-sun participated in the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge' to promote traffic safety practices in school zones.
Launched by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in December last year, the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge' is a campaign aimed at establishing a culture of safe driving and prioritizing child protection in school zones. Participants certify the children's traffic safety slogan (Stop at 1, Look both ways at 2, Wait for 3 seconds, Prevent 4 dangers), selected through a national idea contest, on social networking services (SNS) and then nominate the next participant.
CEO Yoon Hee-sun joined the campaign upon being nominated by Yang Song-hwa, president of the Korea Food Distribution Association, and nominated Colin Clark, CEO of Subway Korea, as the next participant.
Pulmuone Foodmorse has signed memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with various infant-related organizations to promote proper eating habits and supports the healthy growth and development of children. Through these agreements, Pulmuone provides LOHAS dietary education, hygiene education, and cooking classes both online and offline, based on its strict principles of clean eating and expertise gained from infant meal services.
CEO Yoon Hee-sun stated, "Through this campaign, I hope a mature traffic culture that prioritizes the safety of children, the future generation, will be established," adding, "Pulmuone Foodmorse will continue to actively participate in social contribution activities for children and work to solve social issues."
