KT Provides Key Commercial Area Information Such as 'Foot Traffic and Monthly Sales' to Prospective Entrepreneurs

Prospective entrepreneurs considering starting a business can select the industry and address in the Other Area Commercial District tab of KT Jalnagage to receive key information such as ▲foot traffic, ▲sales information, and ▲customer movement paths in the surrounding commercial district, along with operational tips for the business type under the name ‘Jalnagage TIP.’ In the Other Area Commercial District, commercial district information by building and business type can be viewed at a glance for any region.

Foot traffic information provides data predicting monthly foot traffic along with population data around the store by day of the week and time of day. Changes in foot traffic over one year are also provided to help understand the changes in the commercial district of the area.

Sales analysis allows viewing information such as the average sales of selected and related business types in the surrounding area last month, sales trends over one year, and average payment amount per transaction. Statistics on actual consumer demographics by gender, age, time, and day of the week are also available. Additionally, information on the locations of competing stores in the business type, changes in the number of stores, and average business duration can be checked. Potential customers’ movement paths and business radius information are also provided. The surrounding commercial district is analyzed centered on the building, showing on a map the directions from which customers mainly come and whether people within a few meters use the store.

Online accessibility is also enhanced through linkage with ‘Naver Real Estate.’ By selecting the ‘Commercial/Office’ menu in the sales tab of Naver Real Estate, users can check the commercial district information provided by KT Jalnagage. For more detailed information, users can always click ‘See More Jalnagage Commercial District Information’ to move to the Jalnagage website.

The service is free, and in the case of the Other Area Commercial District service, to prevent abuse of commercial district analysis information, the number of daily views per building is limited to three. Applications and detailed guidance can be checked through the KT Jalnagage website and customer center.
