[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Heung-a Shipping announced on the 26th that it has selected Janggeum Shipping Co., Ltd. as an investor and signed a conditional new share subscription agreement to proceed with investment attraction for the purpose of improving financial structure and normalizing management.
The total acquisition amount is 102 billion KRW. The number of shares to be issued is 204 million shares.
