[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] SK Securities announced on the 26th that it will acquire 525,007 shares of Aegis Asset Management for approximately 15 billion KRW.
After acquiring the shares, SK Securities' stake will be 3.1%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is the 31st of this month.
SK Securities explained that this is a "stake gain through the purchase of existing shares from the asset management company."
