Regencyville Housing announced that it will open the model house for Jinhae Nammun Regencyvilleant The Well Apartments in Jinhae, Changwon, Gyeongnam on the 25th and begin full-scale sales.


Jinhae Nammun Regencyvilleant The Well consists of five buildings with 1 basement floor and 25 above-ground floors, totaling 458 units with exclusive areas of 84㎡, 74㎡A, and 74㎡B, composed of small to medium-sized units preferred by actual buyers. By type, there are △314 units of 84㎡ △120 units of 74㎡A △24 units of 74㎡B.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on April 5 (Monday), followed by first priority subscription on April 6 (Tuesday), and second priority subscription on April 7 (Wednesday). The announcement of winners will be on April 14 (Wednesday), and the official contract period will be held for three days from April 26 (Monday) to April 28 (Wednesday).


Residents of Changwon aged 19 or older, as well as residents of Gyeongnam, Busan, and Ulsan, can apply for first priority subscription regardless of home ownership, provided they have held a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area. The price ceiling system is applied, making it an opportunity to purchase a home at a reasonable price. Subscription is possible regardless of re-winning restrictions, and winners are selected with 40% by point system and 60% by lottery. Before the ownership transfer registration, resale is possible in the pre-sale right status within the designated move-in period.


Jinhae Nammun Regencyvilleant The Well offers interest-free intermediate payments (60% of the sale price) to reduce the financial burden on consumers. Through the interest-free intermediate payment benefit, the burden of interest rate hikes is alleviated, and the housing purchase cost can be reduced by the amount of interest.


The model house operates by reservation only to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and reservations can be made on the official website of Jinhae Nammun Regencyvilleant The Well.


Jinhae Nammun Regencyvilleant The Well is composed of highly preferred 84㎡, 74㎡A, and 74㎡B types, and it is the last general sale type in the Nammun Residential District. Designed mainly with 4-bay and slab-type layouts to maximize lighting and ventilation, it also applies specialized designs such as spacious dressing rooms and multi-purpose rooms for housewives (in some types).
