Dongjin Semichem Decides on 33.4 Billion KRW Debt Guarantee for Swedish Subsidiary

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Dongjin Semichem announced on the 24th that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee of 33,407,250,000 KRW for its Swedish subsidiary Dongjin Sweden AB. This amount corresponds to 9.27% of its equity capital. The debt guarantee period is from April 8th of this year to April 7th, 2028. The total outstanding balance of the debt guarantee is 162,225,264,080 KRW. The creditor is Korea Development Bank.
