‘Gayang Station The Live Honor Biz Tower,’ a knowledge industry center built by SGC E-Tech Construction, is attracting attention by securing a double station area location within walking distance of Gayang Station and Jungmi Station on Line 9.
Located in the Gangseo-gu area of Seoul, ‘Gayang Station The Live Honor Biz Tower’ will be constructed with 5 basement floors and 15 above-ground floors, covering a total floor area of 32,375㎡. It will house 241 knowledge industry center units and 49 commercial facilities (neighborhood living facilities).
The knowledge industry center is designed as sectional offices that can be purchased according to company size, with a duplex layout (on some floors) featuring a loft-type structure to maintain spatial independence. Additionally, a garden on the 2nd floor and a rooftop garden are provided to offer psychological stability and healing value through nature, responding to the spread of non-face-to-face culture.
The commercial facilities are inspired by New York style, with arched windows and vintage brick designs applied to the lower floors. They are designed as street-facing units overlooking Yangcheon-ro, a major road with high vehicle traffic. Within a 1km radius, approximately 14,000 households are densely populated, which is expected to activate the commercial district.

It combines digital media and art (artworks) to create an atmosphere reminiscent of an art gallery. In particular, detailed information related to sales can be accessed through digital media.
A sales official explained, “With space designs that can be purchased according to company size and a double station area location that facilitates business mobility, we expect this knowledge industry center to meet the needs of the office market.”
