Shinhan Card has revamped its YouTube channel as a representative communication channel, receiving great responses from customers through content such as 'Useful Card SSUL Consultant' and 'Future Online Digital Stage.' The 'Card SSUL Consultant' selects issues customers are curious about, with Shinhan Card staff appearing to resolve questions, providing empathy and information, which drives its popularity.
Shinhan Card will also launch live commerce broadcasts selling various products and services in connection with the digital studio 'Hwaksin Production Studio,' which opened earlier this month. In partnership with Interpark TV, a live commerce event selling post-COVID airline tickets will be held on the 22nd, offering a 10% discount during the broadcast when paying with Shinhan Card.
