[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Ngis Technology (CEO Park Yongseon), a company specializing in autonomous driving and connected car solutions, announced that it has reported an extension of the deadline for submitting its business report until the 7th of next month.
On the 17th, the auditor, Ichon Accounting Corporation, explained, "Due to the audit work not being completed, it is expected to be difficult to submit the audit report within the statutory business report, so we decided through agreement with the company that an extension of the submission deadline is necessary."
Ngis Technology disclosed through a public announcement that after supplementing materials by the 31st of this month, the audit evaluation and review will be conducted by the 6th of next month.
A company official said, "This extension of the business report submission was due to additional data requests on some audit matters from Ichon Accounting Corporation," and added, "We will do our best to promptly submit the additional supplementary materials and proceed with the audit diligently so that the audit can be completed quickly before the extended submission deadline ends."
