Bando Construction will launch its first sale of the year on the 19th in Changwon with 'Machang Bridge Bando Yubora Ivy Park.'

Located in B-1 Block of Gapotakseji District, Gapo-dong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, 'Machang Bridge Bando Yubora Ivy Park' will be developed with 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 847 households. All units are small to medium-sized, with exclusive areas of 74 to 84㎡, which are highly preferred by actual residents. The number of households by exclusive area is 374 units of 74㎡A, 48 units of 74㎡B, 161 units of 84㎡A, 69 units of 84㎡B, and 195 units of 84㎡C.

'Machang Bridge Bando Yubora Ivy Park' is supplied in the Gapo Takseji District of Changwon and will be offered at a price in the mid-8 million KRW range due to the application of the price ceiling system. For homebuyers, a fixed contract deposit of 10 million KRW (1st payment), 60% interest-free installment payment, and the ability to resell before registration are provided, which is expected to attract high interest from both actual residents and investors.

Located in a prime spot within the Gapo Takseji District, Changwon's 'Machang Bridge Bando Yubora Ivy Park' includes an on-site daycare center. Right in front of the complex are Gapo Elementary School, a planned kindergarten, and a planned middle school, providing a '12-year safe educational environment.' The complex’s first-ever separate learning center within the Gapo Takseji District will offer various educational programs for infants and elementary students in collaboration with specialized educational institutions.

The complex will feature Bando Yubora’s specialized design, notably introducing the 5Bay layout (in some units) for the first time in the Gapo District of Changwon. The 5Bay, provided in the 84㎡C type, offers options for separated or integrated households, with the separated type allowing residents to enjoy both living and rental income simultaneously.

The complex is designed with cross-ventilation between the kitchen and living room, which is advantageous for lighting and airflow, and is mainly oriented southward. Additionally, ample spacing between buildings ensures views, sunlight rights, and privacy protection for each household. Specialized designs tailored to the preferences of Changwon moms, such as dressing rooms, kitchen pantries, alpha rooms, attic spaces on the top floors, and maximized storage spaces, stand out.

Moreover, an 'advanced IoT service' will be applied, allowing remote control of home appliances, lighting, and heating within the units. The residential and commercial facilities are designed with a 100% underground parking lot free of cars on the ground, providing a pleasant living environment.

The safe model house for Changwon's 'Machang Bridge Bando Yubora Ivy Park' will operate by prior reservation to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Special supply begins on the 29th, followed by first priority subscription on the 30th and second priority on the 31st. Move-in is scheduled for March 2024. The promotional center is located at 309 Haean-daero, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, and the model house is set up in the Jungang-dong area of Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si.
