[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Dongwon Development announced on the 16th that it has signed a contract for the construction of a residential-commercial complex apartment in Yeonsan-dong, Busan, together with Dongseo GNC and Mokhwa DNC. The contract amount is 24,074,030,000 KRW, which corresponds to 3.75% of the 2019 sales.
Additionally, a contract was signed with C&S for the construction of a residential-commercial complex apartment in Bujeon-dong, Busan.
The contract amount is 38,293,820,000 KRW, which corresponds to 5.96% of the 2019 sales.
