Jieosoft "Oasis Decides on 15 Billion KRW Capital Increase"

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Jiosoft announced on the 16th that its subsidiary Oasis has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 15 billion KRW targeting Must1ho Venture Investment Association and three others.

The issue price per new share is 613,230 KRW, with 16,307 convertible preferred shares and 8,153 common shares being issued. The payment date is April 1.
