[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor You Deok-yeol) is conducting a review of individual and collective housing prices.
The price reference date is January 1, 2021, and the review targets are houses approved for use by December 31, 2020.
Residents can visit the Dongdaemun-gu Taxation Division or the local community service center, or access the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport website and the Real Estate Public Price Notification website to review collective housing prices from March 16 and individual housing prices from March 19.
Housing owners and other stakeholders who have opinions on the housing prices can fill out an opinion submission form with their proposed price and reasons, and submit it in person to the Dongdaemun-gu Taxation Division.
Opinions can also be submitted by mail (Dongdaemun-gu Taxation Division, 145 Cheonho-daero, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul), fax, or online.
The deadline for review and opinion submission is April 5 for collective housing and April 7 by 6 p.m. for individual housing.
Submitted opinions will be verified by the Korea Real Estate Board and reviewed and decided by the Dongdaemun-gu Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee. The results will be individually notified in writing to the opinion submitters by April 21.
