Job Integration Support Center Conducts Special Lecture for HR Managers of Local Companies

[Damyang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Chunsu] The Integrated Job Support Center of Damyang County, Jeollanam-do, is conducting a labor management special lecture for HR managers of local companies.

According to the county on the 15th, the labor management special lecture is a course aimed at protecting labor rights and preventing labor disputes through education on the Labor Standards Act and the 2021 revised labor law. Any HR manager of local companies can apply.

The first session of the labor management special lecture will be held on the 23rd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for two hours, and applications can be made by phone or visit to the Integrated Job Support Center. If there is high demand from companies, additional sessions will be opened and operated later.

The Damyang County Integrated Job Support Center, established in 2019 to increase the employment rate of county residents and provide customized job support services to job seekers, operates various programs from education to job placement and follow-up management to strengthen job seekers' employment capabilities.

Furthermore, it supports job counseling and the writing of resumes and self-introduction letters, publishes a monthly job information newsletter for residents who have difficulty accessing internet information to improve accessibility to job information, and acts as a bridge connecting recruiting companies and job seekers through job matching days and accompanied interviews.
