- Internal design options tailored to different tastes... also introducing fine dust reduction design
Hillstate Gwangcheon applies the sophisticated and stylish design of Hillstate, a premium brand representing Gwangju and a lifestyle leader, to maximize residents' residential comfort.
The complex is primarily oriented southward to enhance natural light and ventilation, and adopts a mixed structure of slab-type and tower-type buildings to maximize the independence of each room and the openness of the living room. Additionally, pantry spaces, master bedroom dressing rooms, and 'ㄷ'-shaped kitchens are applied to increase storage space and improve space utilization.
Notably, the internal design of each unit can be customized according to the different lifestyles of residents. For the 70㎡A type, residents can choose between a pantry located to the right of the entrance as the basic option or a storage space that can accommodate a clothes dryer. The 84㎡B type offers options between a basic pantry, an integrated pantry combining the hallway pantry and entrance pantry, and a separated pantry type that provides space for a Styler, allowing residents to select according to their preferences. Furthermore, the master bedroom dressing room is divided into a basic type with separate powder room and dressing room, and a deluxe dressing room that integrates both, enabling choice based on taste. All of these options are provided free of charge.
Various smart systems are also noteworthy. Especially, the complex offers an optional paid upgrade for the entrance air shower system and middle door, which are effective in reducing fine dust. The entrance air shower system blows air to remove fine dust attached to the body after outdoor activities, and the air brush installed inside the shoe cabinet can remove larger dust particles.
Moreover, through Hillstate's specialized Hi-oT service, residents can control home appliances within their units via a smartphone app. The home network system, one-pass system, and centralized lighting off system are also applied, allowing residents to enjoy a more convenient living experience.
Additionally, the complex will feature two themed healing gardens designed as green stories to enhance comfort. The healing gardens include a 'Pocket Garden' combining greenery and relaxation, a 'Play Garden' where children can run and develop creativity, and garden-style public green spaces offering comfort and relaxation in the urban environment. Furthermore, the complex plans to plant 12 different species including camellia, pine, zelkova, plum, and cherry trees, ensuring a pleasant and beautiful environment throughout all four seasons.
- Enjoy all the infrastructure of Gwangcheon-dong, Gwangju’s representative preferred residential area... development benefits also expected
Hillstate Gwangcheon is located in an excellent position within Gwangcheon-dong, which boasts high residential preference in Gwangju, offering outstanding living conditions with close access to transportation, education, nature, and convenience facilities.
Transportation is particularly convenient. Nearby is Gwangju U-Square, Asia's largest comprehensive bus terminal, and Gwangju Station on the Gwangju Line and Nongseng Station on Subway Line 1 are also close. Additionally, access to Jukbong-daero, Mujin-daero, and Seogwangju IC is easy, enabling convenient travel within and outside the region, which is expected to provide residents with exceptional transportation convenience.
The pleasant natural environment and abundant convenience facilities also stand out. Gwangjucheon Stream flows in front of the complex, and some units offer views of Mudeungsan Mountain. Various convenience and cultural facilities such as Shinsegae Department Store, E-Mart, U-Square Cultural Center, CGV, Gwangju Kia Champions Field, and Medical Town are also nearby.
The educational environment is favorable. Within walking distance are Gwangcheon Elementary and Hyogwang Elementary Schools, and nearby are Gwangdeok Middle and High Schools, as well as Seoseok Middle and High Schools, creating a child-friendly environment.
Meanwhile, the complex is also evaluated to have high future value due to various development benefits. In particular, a large-scale redevelopment project, the largest in Gwangju, is underway nearby with a project cost of approximately 1.13 trillion KRW and a site area of about 425,984㎡. This project will create a residential complex of about 5,600 units. Additionally, there are plans to develop the Jeonnam and Ilsin Textile sites into residential and commercial areas. Once these projects are completed, the surrounding area is expected to transform into a large-scale new residential town representing Gwangju, bringing related benefits.
A sales official said, "We will provide the best complex by incorporating Hyundai Engineering's know-how and technology to make it a luxury landmark complex representing Seo-gu, Gwangju," and added, "We ask for much interest as the full-scale sales schedule begins."
The Hillstate Gwangcheon model house will be located in the Seo-gu area of Gwangju. The model house will be open for viewing only to winners after the announcement, and entry may be restricted for visitors from countries with COVID-19 outbreaks, those with fever or respiratory symptoms, the elderly and infants, and those not wearing masks.
