Hyundai Engineering's 'Hillstate Gwangcheon' in the Seo-gu area of Gwangju Metropolitan City will begin accepting subscription applications starting next week.

Hillstate Gwangcheon is a residential-commercial complex located in the Seo-gu district of Gwangju, consisting of 3 basement floors, 28 to 32 above-ground floors, 3 buildings, and a total of 359 units. It includes 305 apartment units with exclusive areas of 70 and 84㎡, and 54 officetel units with an exclusive area of 29㎡.

The number of apartment units by type is ▲70㎡A 87 units ▲70㎡B 87 units ▲84㎡A 79 units ▲84㎡B 52 units. All units are composed of small to medium sizes, which are highly preferred by consumers. The officetel units by type are ▲29㎡OA 3 units ▲29㎡OB 9 units ▲29㎡OC 15 units ▲29㎡OD 3 units ▲29㎡OE 9 units ▲29㎡OF 3 units ▲29㎡OG 6 units ▲29㎡OH 6 units.

Officetel subscription applications will be accepted through the Hillstate Gwangcheon website. The officetel subscription application will be held on the 17th, the winners will be announced on the 18th, and contracts will be signed at the model house on the 19th.

The officetel is characterized by a studio-type layout tailored to social trends such as the increase in single-person households and the zero interest rate era, and it is expected to attract various demand groups including actual residents and rental demand. Additionally, since Hillstate Gwangcheon officetel consists of fewer than 100 units and has no resale restrictions, it is expected to have high investment value and attract strong interest from investors.

For apartments, subscription applications will be accepted through the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription homepage starting with special supply on the 22nd, followed by first priority (local area) on the 23rd, first priority (other areas) on the 24th, and second priority on the 25th. The winners will be announced on the 31st, and the official contracts will be conducted over four days from April 12 to 15.
