[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Chester Tones Hotel & Residences, an integrated consignment operator of residential lodging facilities, is introducing differentiated premium services at ‘Chester Tones Sokcho’ in Gangwon-do.
Chester Tones Hotel & Residences announced on the 11th that it has signed a win-win business agreement with the global consulting group 'DOPDA' and will provide premium concierge services.
Through this agreement, Chester Tones Hotel & Residences plans to offer premium VIP concierge services at all residential lodging facilities it operates or will operate in the future, including the all-in-one second house ‘Chester Tones Sokcho’.
DOPDA is a service brand that provides premium concierge services to VIPs through its membership program. It offers high-end concierge services and VIP-targeted services to entrepreneurs, executives, and artists at major luxury residential facilities, luxury brand commercial facilities, credit card companies, financial institutions, and department stores in Korea. DOPDA was selected as the official sponsor of the Seoul Invest Biz Tour, providing protocol staff training and consulting, successfully launching services for VIP customers.
The ‘managed second house’ operated by Chester Tones Hotel & Residences offers residences primarily designed for lodging as second homes to owners, and if owners wish, it operates in a way that can generate income. This concept combines the advantages of hotels and residential products, promoting a differentiated ‘all-in-one second house’ compared to existing lodging facilities. It features hotel-level lodging services along with the largest cultural spaces, outdoor activities, and membership programs.
DOPDA announced plans to conduct large-scale customer acquisition activities for accommodation package products targeting its corporate and VIP group clients at ‘Chester Tones Sokcho.’ It will also provide VIP membership services, concierge services, and various protocol services to owners and guests of ‘Chester Tones Sokcho.’
Owners of ‘Chester Tones Sokcho’ can use the premium lounge provided by DOPDA. The premium lounge operated by DOPDA is divided into online and offline services. Online services include customized travel booking agency services, online flea markets, member networking programs such as clubs, subscription-based lifestyle programs, and travel mate recommendation programs. Offline services include specialty product purchasing agency, secretarial services, chauffeur, interpretation and protocol services, and participation in cultural center programs for VIP customers of department stores partnered with DOPDA.
Chester Tones Hotel & Residences stated that through the agreement with DOPDA, it plans to strengthen premium services by simultaneously offering 31 life care programs and 12 business programs from DOPDA. In particular, it will enhance ‘Convenipremium’ services, allowing customers to enjoy both convenience and premium quality.
