- In March, the knowledge industry center ‘Gasan Mobius Tower’ will be launched for sale; seize the opportunity to enter the rapidly changing G-Valley

A real estate official said, “Companies located in G-Valley can enjoy various synergy effects. With over 12,000 companies, it is easy to find related partners, and with about 150,000 employees, recruiting staff is also convenient. Moreover, the exchange of the latest technology and information is smooth, and support for startups and companies from local governments is easily accessible.”

As landmark companies like Netmarble move into G-Valley, new knowledge industry centers and dormitories are being sold one after another, adding vitality to this high-tech industrial complex where young companies and professionals gather.

Fides Development will officially start selling the knowledge industry center ‘Gasan Mobius Tower’ in the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex this month. It is a mixed-use facility close to the city center, offering a knowledge industry center along with a co-living house dormitory (391 rooms) with independent circulation paths.

This knowledge industry center is planned to be built near Gasan Digital Complex Station (Lines 1 and 7), a double station area, with about 43,500㎡ of total floor area from 4 basement floors to 20 floors above ground. It boasts excellent space utilization with floor heights over 4.1 meters and features specialized design with separate lobby lounges (Lobby in Lobby) for both the knowledge industry center and dormitory.

Within a 1-2 minute walk, there will be an 8.1 km park path (planned) and Anyangcheon Stream, providing a pleasant environment, and right in front is the Seoul Digital Sports Complex where soccer, futsal, and basketball can be enjoyed.

The 2nd-floor rooftop park and the 18th floor, the top floor of the factory building, will include a sky lounge, and rest areas will be installed on each floor to provide spaces for relaxation. Especially, the dormitory is specially designed to overlook the sports field, maximizing openness by utilizing the southeast-facing Seoul Digital Sports Complex.

Although the subway is within walking distance, considering the characteristics of the younger generation accustomed to personal mobility, indoor bicycle storage with showers and electric kickboard parking will also be provided.

A real estate official near G-Valley said, “Since Netmarble started moving into its headquarters in G-Valley, the atmosphere here has been changing day by day. With new knowledge industry centers and dormitories being supplied, it is rapidly transforming into a workplace and resting place for young people, making now the optimal timing to enter G-Valley.”

In particular, the official added, “Gasan Mobius Tower will be the best choice for companies newly entering G-Valley or relocating to the latest facilities. Additionally, with dormitories featuring the latest trends, it will be a great advantage in securing excellent talent for companies in G-Valley.”
