According to the business report disclosed by Samsung Electro-Mechanics on the 9th, former CEO Lee received a total compensation of 7.825 billion KRW last year, including retirement income of 4.409 billion KRW. His salary was 606 million KRW, and the bonus was set at 2.694 billion KRW.
Samsung Electro-Mechanics stated, "This amount was calculated considering his contribution to improving management performance by leading innovation in quality and manufacturing competitiveness based on stable management capabilities despite the rapidly changing business environment, achieving an ROE of 414% from 2017 to 2019."
Meanwhile, Kyung Kyehyun, CEO (President) of Samsung Electro-Mechanics, received an annual salary of about 1 billion KRW last year.
President Kyung received a total compensation of 988 million KRW last year. His salary was 532 million KRW, the bonus was set at 290 million KRW, and he received other labor income of 166 million KRW according to executive treatment regulations.
Samsung Electro-Mechanics explained, "The compensation was determined based on the board resolution, considering the performance of duties related to the position (President)."
