Establishment of Small and Medium Enterprise Status and Business Management Consultation Corner

The content will consist of five main menus: △ Business Support News △ SME Status △ Factory Establishment Guide △ Business Management Consultation △ Related Sites.

Until now, there has been no dedicated content for SMEs on the county website, making it difficult for users to obtain relevant information, as they had to search for business announcements directly in the notices section, which led to complaints.

Accordingly, Goheung-gun expects that the establishment of this content will centralize the business support news window, greatly improving convenience for business owners.

In particular, the Business Management Consultation corner will allow users to freely ask questions about difficulties or inquiries related to all aspects of business activities such as startups, exports, and factory permits, with staff monitoring in real-time to provide consultations promptly.

A county official stated, “To help local SMEs overcome the COVID-19 crisis, we will not only open this website content but also strengthen administrative support through policies that business owners can directly feel.”

Meanwhile, Goheung-gun is operating a ‘SME Policy Text Message Service’ that allows local business owners to receive SME support policies and event news via text messages.
