[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Office environment specialist company Fursys announced that it has joined the Community Chest of Korea's 'Nanum Myeongmun Company' as the 100th member. Fursys was registered as the 100th social contribution company of Nanum Myeongmun Company and as a Gold member, the highest grade among regular members (donating 500 million KRW or more).

Nanum Myeongmun Company is a high-value donation program organized by the Community Chest of Korea, awarded to companies that fulfill social responsibility and contribute to creating social value and public interest. Medium and small enterprises that have donated 100 million KRW or more or have pledged donations within three years are eligible to join. Last December, Fursys donated 1 billion KRW for COVID-19 support through the Community Chest of Korea.

A Fursys representative said, "As a corporate citizen, Fursys joined Nanum Myeongmun Company to take responsibility and show interest not only in COVID-19 but also in social issues in general," adding, "We will continue to strive to enhance social value and pursue public interest."
