[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Real estate platform Dabang announced on the 9th that it has released version 4.0 update featuring new functions such as 'Favorites' and 'Satisfaction Rating' to enhance convenience.
The main new features introduced in this update are Favorites and Satisfaction Rating. Dabang added fun elements in terms of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to provide a new experience for the 2030 generation, while further enhancing user convenience with more diverse functions.
In particular, Favorites is a differentiated feature where users can draw an area of their desired region on the map screen with their finger or pen and immediately view listings included in that area. Users can save the designated area and later check recommended listings that meet their specified conditions in real time on the home screen. Through this, tenants can find desired listings more quickly, and landlords and brokers are expected to increase the turnover rate of listings.
The Satisfaction Rating is a service that allows users to rate the satisfaction of brokerage offices they contacted by phone or text through Dabang on a 5-point scale. Only users who actually inquired about the property can rate, and the average star rating is displayed to enhance objectivity and intuitiveness of the evaluation. Through the Satisfaction Rating service, Dabang provides users with an opportunity to verify in advance whether the brokerage office is trustworthy before inquiring about listings, and plans to enhance competitiveness so that brokerage offices can provide higher quality services to users.
Additionally, as user interest in sales services has expanded, Dabang newly established a sales category on the map screen. Users can now select building type, sales stage, sales schedule, supply type, etc., on the map to view sales complexes that meet their conditions at a glance. Simple searches by region or complex name are also possible on the home screen as well as the map.
Han Yusun, CEO of Station3 Dabang, said, “With the recent trend of increasing demand for non-face-to-face services, Dabang released version 4.0 to proactively provide more advanced real estate services in line with this trend,” adding, “The updated features will offer users a new real estate service experience.” She continued, “Dabang will continuously introduce innovative technologies and implement them in services to lead the proptech market.”
