On the morning of the 8th, under Mayor Seo's leadership, each department reported on important pending projects to be promoted and secured cooperation from each department for smooth project implementation.

On this day, Mayor Seo said, "Proactive and active responses to current issues such as preventing the spread of COVID-19 and livestock infectious diseases, and forest fire prevention are more important than anything else," and urged, "Please do your best with responsibility and passion in all tasks with a proactive and energetic attitude."

He continued, "With about 180 days left until the '2021 Hamyang Wild Ginseng Anti-Aging Expo,' thorough infectious disease measures, preparation for online and offline events, content enhancement, and creating an expo boom require active participation," emphasizing, "Let us strive to lead a successful event through thorough preparation."

Along with this, he said, "Since COVID-19 vaccinations have begun, we must be thorough in vaccine supply and facility installation," and requested, "As temperatures rise and spring outings and gatherings increase, please actively engage in publicity so that people voluntarily participate in social distancing."

In addition, he requested thorough efforts in addressing current issues such as discovering new projects linked to the Rural Utopia project, early budget execution, increasing population, securing national and provincial funds, forest fire prevention, and maintaining neutrality of public officials in the April 7 by-election.

Mayor Seo stated, "Although the county is implementing various support projects for residents, there may be cases where benefits are missed due to lack of awareness," and said, "Please ensure thorough public relations so that all residents can equally receive benefits."
