SC First Bank, Seminar on Additional Investment Strategies for Economic Cycles and Value Stocks

SC First Bank, Seminar on Additional Investment Strategies for Economic Cycles and Value Stocks

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] SC First Bank announced on the 8th that it will hold a 'Wealth Care Web Seminar' in a non-face-to-face Ontact format at 6:30 PM on the 11th.

In this web seminar, Park Soon-hyun, Fund Analyst (Manager) of the Investment Strategy Products Team at SC First Bank, will appear to propose an investment strategy that adds cyclical and value stocks to a growth stock-centered portfolio.

Analyst Park analyzes that recently market participants have been increasing investments in risk assets based on expectations of the Biden administration's accommodative economic policies. He warns that one of the things to be most cautious about in investing is excessive concentration, and advises that since the valuation of growth stocks has become higher than ever, it is necessary to consider ways to manage portfolio risk.

Considering the extremely widened valuation gap between growth and value stocks, economic normalization supported by vaccine distribution and accommodative policies, and inflation, Analyst Park expects value stocks to show relatively strong performance in the future. However, he emphasizes that since it is unlikely that all value stocks will recover, a selective investment strategy is important.

Those wishing to participate in the seminar can apply by 10 AM on the 11th through the event page on SC First Bank's official website and mobile banking app or SC First Bank's official Facebook page. Applicants will receive a web seminar URL link via text message 15 minutes before the seminar starts.
