People Power Party "Election of Kim Young-chun as Busan Mayor Candidate Deceives Busan Citizens"

"An Issue Where Candidates Should Not Have Been Nominated in the First Place... An Embarrassing Choice"

On the 6th, Kim Ye-ryeong, spokesperson for the People Power Party, commented on Kim's selection as the Democratic Party's candidate for Busan mayor, saying, "Kim, who served as Minister of Oceans and Fisheries under the Moon Jae-in administration and bears responsibility for the regime's tyranny and policy failures, is being presented as the leading candidate before the people. This is utterly outrageous arrogance and arrogance of the government and ruling party."

Spokesperson Kim pointed out, "Since this election is being held due to the sexual harassment crime of former Busan Mayor Oh Keo-don, it was shameful from the start to even field a candidate." He added, "While the citizens of Busan suffer from the administrative vacuum, the Oh family reportedly made huge profits by purchasing land around the Gadeokdo New Airport area and invested it in the future, which must be extremely disheartening for the citizens of Busan. The Democratic Party is not only failing to apologize but is completely ignoring calls for a fact-finding investigation," he criticized.

Spokesperson Kim addressed the Democratic Party, saying, "Ignoring human decency and political ethics, they shamelessly intend to field a candidate in the Busan mayoral election." He concluded, "The wise citizens of Busan will sternly judge the Democratic Party through this April 7 by-election."
