The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Due to the influence of high pressure located in northeastern China, easterly winds will flow into the Yeongdong region of Gangwon, the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, and the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, bringing rain or snow, and there may be raindrops along the eastern coast of the Gyeongnam area."

Clouds will be widespread nationwide, gradually becoming overcast from midday, with cloudy skies expected in the Yeongdong region of Gangwon and the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk.

During the day, western areas will be warm with temperatures ranging from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius, while eastern areas will drop below 5 degrees Celsius. In particular, the mountainous areas of Gangwon will fall below freezing, making it chilly.

Snow, which has been falling heavily mainly in the Yeongdong region of Gangwon, will gradually weaken from the afternoon and stop by night.

Morning low temperatures by region are expected to be △Seoul 5°C △Chuncheon 2°C △Gangneung 2°C △Daejeon 4°C △Cheongju 5°C △Daegu 4°C △Gwangju 5°C △Jeonju 4°C △Busan 8°C △Jeju 9°C.

Daytime high temperatures will be △Seoul 10°C △Chuncheon 8°C △Gangneung 2°C △Daejeon 13°C △Cheongju 12°C △Daegu 10°C △Gwangju 16°C △Jeonju 15°C △Busan 11°C △Jeju 14°C.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' in most areas. However, the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungnam will temporarily experience 'Unhealthy' levels in the morning.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "From dawn to morning, sea fog will form along the west coast, inland Gyeonggi, inland Chungcheong, and inland Jeonbuk. Due to the temperature drop overnight, dense fog with visibility below 200 meters may occur in some areas, so caution is needed for traffic safety."
