Changwon Prugio The Platinum, 870 Households for Sale in March

Non-Regulated Areas in Changwon... Advantageous for Subscription, Loans, and Resale

Changwon Prugio The Platinum, 870 Households for Sale in March Changwon Prugio The Platinum Rendering View

Daewoo E&C, together with Ssangyong Engineering & Construction, will launch sales of 'Changwon Prugio The Platinum' in March, located at 1-2 Gyobang-dong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam.

Comprising a total of three complexes, 'Changwon Prugio The Platinum' is a large-scale complex with 17 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 26 above-ground floors, totaling 1,538 households, of which 870 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 103㎡ will be available for general sale.

This complex will form a major brand town with about 7,400 households when combined with nearby existing and newly planned supply complexes. In particular, Daewoo E&C has successfully sold over 33,000 households nationwide, including 'Gwacheon Prugio Ortus,' which recorded an average subscription competition rate of 534 to 1 last year, ranking first in private construction company housing supply for two consecutive years, drawing attention to the performance of this complex.

Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, also has the advantage of being a non-regulated area. While Uichang-gu was designated as a speculative overheating district and Seongsan-gu as a regulated area under the December 17 real estate measures, Masanhappo-gu, which avoided these regulations, is expected to benefit from a balloon effect.

For 'Changwon Prugio The Platinum,' there are no restrictions on resale, and it is relatively free from first-priority subscription qualifications such as re-winning, residence period, and household head status, allowing homeowners to also apply. Additionally, the lottery quota is 60% for units under 85㎡ and 100% for units over 85㎡, providing ample winning opportunities even for demand groups with low scores, anticipating not only real demand within Changwon but also the influx of wide-area investment demand.

In terms of location, the most significant advantage of 'Changwon Prugio The Platinum' is its open views. Residents can enjoy waterfront views of Machang Bridge and Masan Port, as well as the expansive natural environment of Muhaksan Mountain and Chusan Neighborhood Park from within the complex (some units). Amid recent issues such as COVID-19 and fine dust, the importance and demand for a pleasant residential environment have increased, and this complex, with double views and abundant natural surroundings, is highly valued.

Moreover, the complex includes a planned public daycare center and is within a 5-minute walk to Gyobang Elementary School, Seongho Elementary School, Masan Uisin Girls' Middle School, and Happo High School, providing an excellent educational environment. Additionally, transportation conditions are well established with Seomasan IC, KTX Masan Station, and Masan Intercity Bus Terminal nearby, and the future value is expected to rise with the opening of Changwon City S-BRT Phase 2 Yukho Square Station scheduled for 2025. Large commercial facilities such as Lotte Department Store, Shinsegae Department Store, and Homeplus, as well as various living infrastructure like Jungang Market, Sanho Market, and Changwon NC Park, are easily accessible.

The model house for 'Changwon Prugio The Platinum' is scheduled to open in March in Odong-dong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon-si.
