NongHyup Bank Produces Promotional Video with Singer Yoyomi to Boost Flower Consumption

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 5th that it produced a promotional video featuring singer Yoyomi to encourage flower consumption and released it through Nonghyup Bank's official SNS.

This video was planned to support flower farmers who are struggling due to the cancellation of various events such as graduation and entrance ceremonies caused by COVID-19. Yoyomi rewrote the lyrics of the song "Kkot Taryeong" (Flower Song) to sing "Kkotsasio" and "Himnaesio," delivering comfort and hope to people through flowers and conveying a message to promote flower consumption.

Yoyomi, who has been actively working on broadcasts and YouTube recently, plans to donate her talent by allowing flower farmers and small business owners related to the flower industry to use the "Kkot Taryeong" audio track she sang in this video free of charge and without any time restrictions.

On Nonghyup Bank's SNS, to promote flower consumption, an event will be held until the end of this year where 300 people monthly (3,000 annually) who write stories in the comments about supporting flower farmers and wanting to gift flowers to family, friends, or lovers will receive a flower box from the Korea Flower Farmers Cooperative.

Yoyomi, who participated in the video, expressed that she was motivated to actively participate in the video production because she believes her song can give strength to flower farmers and many people going through difficult times.

Bank President Junhak Kwon said, "I am grateful to singer Yoyomi, who did her best in the video shoot despite the cold weather and willingly donated the audio track to help flower farmers," and added, "Nonghyup Bank will do its best for the happiness of farmers, customers, and ultimately the people of the Republic of Korea."
