SK Gas "Joint Exercise of Coal Supply Rights with G-Energy and Goseong Green Power"

[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] SK Gas announced on the 4th that it has signed a joint coal supply agreement with GS Global through the joint venture G-Energy and plans to supply coal to Goseong Green Power via G-Energy. The company had previously signed a coal supply contract with Goseong Green Power on December 27, 2016.

SK Gas stated, "Based on the existing coal supply contract with Goseong Green Power, our company and G-Energy will jointly exercise rights as suppliers, and our company will receive fees related to the joint coal supply exercise from G-Energy," adding, "even after signing the joint coal supply agreement, our contractual position and other matters related to the existing coal supply contract with Goseong Green Power will be maintained."

The joint venture period with GS Global is until the end of 2025, with a policy to decide annually whether to extend the term.
