Shinhan Alpha REITs Subsidiary Acquires Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Yeoksam Building for 158.3 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Shinhan Alpha REITs announced on the 4th that its subsidiary, Shinhan Alpha Yeoksam Entrusted Management Real Estate Investment Company, purchased the Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Yeoksam Building located on Teheran-ro, Seoul Special City, for real estate leasing purposes.

The purchase amount was 158.355 billion KRW, accounting for 11.49% of the total assets.

The building, constructed in 1996, has a total area of 17,449.64 square meters (land area 1,289.55 square meters), with shared ownership of part of the 10th floor above ground and floors 11 to 20.
