Geomdan New Town WooMiLin Parkview consists of two unit types with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡, totaling 1,180 households with 370 units in Complex 1 and 810 units in Complex 2. It is located in blocks AA8 and AB1 of the Geomdan New Town residential development district in Incheon. Along with the previously sold Geomdan New Town WooMiLin The First (1,268 units) and Geomdan New Town WooMiLin Eco View (437 units), a WooMiLin brand town with a total of 2,885 households is expected to be formed within Geomdan New Town.
Complex 1 consists of 4 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with 257 units of 59㎡ and 113 units of 84㎡, totaling 370 units. Complex 2 consists of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with 545 units of 59㎡ and 265 units of 84㎡, totaling 810 units.
Geomdan New Town is scheduled to open the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1 in 2024, and with easy access to the Seoul Ring Expressway and Incheon International Airport Expressway, accessibility to Seoul and other metropolitan areas is expected to improve. Additionally, the Wondang?Taeri arterial road project, which directly connects to Olympic-daero, and the Geomdan?Gyeongmyeong-ro road construction project connecting to the Airport Expressway are also underway.
The complex is also within walking distance of elementary, middle, and high school sites. Incheon English Village and Edible International School are also within a 5-minute walk. Adjacent to the complex is the Gyeyangcheon stream, where a riverside park development project is planned. To the south, the ‘Smart With Up’ regional specialized industry cluster is being established.
Geomdan New Town WooMiLin Parkview has a high scarcity of 802 units with an exclusive area of 59㎡ within Geomdan New Town. All units are designed with a south-facing layout and a four-bay plan. Additionally, all parking lots will be located underground to create a complex without cars in the above-ground parking areas.
Community facilities include a fitness club, indoor golf practice range, Cafe Lynn, gender-separated study rooms, and a small library. The ‘Air-cLynn system,’ which helps reduce fine dust, will also be applied.
