Umi Construction to Launch Sales of 'Geomdan New Town Umirin Parkview' This Month

Two Unit Types of 59 and 84㎡, Total Scale of 1,180 Households

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Taemin] WooMi Construction announced on the 4th that it will sell units in ‘Geomdan New Town WooMiLin Parkview’ in Incheon later this month.

Geomdan New Town WooMiLin Parkview consists of two unit types with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡, totaling 1,180 households with 370 units in Complex 1 and 810 units in Complex 2. It is located in blocks AA8 and AB1 of the Geomdan New Town residential development district in Incheon. Along with the previously sold Geomdan New Town WooMiLin The First (1,268 units) and Geomdan New Town WooMiLin Eco View (437 units), a WooMiLin brand town with a total of 2,885 households is expected to be formed within Geomdan New Town.

Complex 1 consists of 4 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with 257 units of 59㎡ and 113 units of 84㎡, totaling 370 units. Complex 2 consists of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with 545 units of 59㎡ and 265 units of 84㎡, totaling 810 units.

Geomdan New Town is scheduled to open the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1 in 2024, and with easy access to the Seoul Ring Expressway and Incheon International Airport Expressway, accessibility to Seoul and other metropolitan areas is expected to improve.
